The Village financial report June 2007
Recently I asked for and received a financial
report from Zabinski Financial Consulting. I have stressed an open style
of government for this administration. In keeping with that philosophy
when this report was brought to me I wanted all the residents to be able
to review it. The state of the village finances that were handed down by
the previous administration have put Justice in a difficult situation.
We are going to bring the village out of this with educated, responsible
and prudent decision making. It is going to take time, patience and
understanding, but it will be achieved. It must be achieved. To view the
