2017/2018 VILLAGE VEHICLE STICKERS
Residents of the Village of Justice may purchase their 2017/2018 Vehicle Stickers effective May 1, 2017.
Anyone who lives in the Village of Justice or houses a vehicle in the Village for more than 50% of the time, is required to purchase a sticker. Village Vehicle Stickers assist our Police Department when patrolling our neighborhood. It helps them know who resides here to help keep the community safe.
The rate for a passenger vehicle is $35.00 and the rate for a B-plate pickup truck is $40.00. Senior-citizens may now purchase more than one sticker at the discounted price of $10.00; as long as proof of senior status and a valid registration showing the vehicle is duly registered to a senior resident of the Village is provided. In order to receive the senior rate one of the registered owners must be 62 years of age by June 30, 2017.
Vehicle stickers are sold in the Finance Department at the Justice Village Hall, 7800 S. Archer Road in Justice. After regular business hours, vehicle stickers may be purchased in the Police Department with the same requirements, a valid registration and proof of senior status if applicable. Remember, the deadline to purchase the 2017/2018 vehicle sticker is on or before June 30th, 2017. If purchased late, sticker fees are double.
- Applications sent through the mail are handled promptly and will eliminate waiting in
line. All forms mailed must be recieved for processing prior to June 15th.
- Vehicle Stickers can be purchased effective May 1, 2017.
- The last day to buy a sticker at the village hall without penalty is June 30, 2017.
- A renewal sticker purchased on or after July 1, 2017 will be subject to a 100%
penalty. There are no exceptions.

NEW RESIDENTS AND NEW VEHICLES
All licensed motor vehicles are required to display a municipal vehicle sticker within 30 days of a person becoming a resident or purchasing a vehicle. After 30 days a 100% penalty will apply. For new residents, proof of residency is required to obtain a village sticker without paying a penalty. For new vehicles, a bill of sale is required to obtain a village sticker without paying a penalty.
